Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues fairly and efficiently.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management & Development

Support managers in performance appraisal processes and talent development initiatives.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
Track HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Policy & Compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
