Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Field Service Management.
Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise software solutions to meet business needs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within software applications.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various business systems.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
