About the Role

We are looking for an aggressive, results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities while developing relationships with traditional clients to generate a strong pipeline.
Technical Sales & Estimates: Conduct heating and cooling load calculations, select optimal HVAC solutions, and prepare precise estimates for equipment, materials, and services.
Client Management: Visit clients to evaluate their technical needs, promote products/services, handle inquiries regarding stock, pricing, and credit terms, and maintain detailed client records.
Proposals & Presentations: Develop and present comprehensive technical and commercial proposals to customers.
Sales Forecasting: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while preparing accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and backlog reports.
Professional Integrity: Conduct all sales activities and client interactions with the highest level of business ethics.

Required Skills

Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of aggressively closing sales and building new business.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven success estimating, selling, and marketing HVAC systems.
Technical Expertise: Strong experience with HVAC solutions and VRF/Multi V systems, along with practical experience performing heating and cooling load calculations.

Location: Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
