Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and delivery of Omniyat Digital & AI initiatives - two next-generation digital platforms designed to redefine the ultra-luxury real estate experience.

We're seeking someone who combines outstanding product management capabilities with deep domain expertise in luxury real estate, branded residences, hospitality, or resident experience.

Role

Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across Omniyat Digital & AI initiatives
Translate real-world business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with Engineering, Design, AI, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Represent the needs of residents, investors, brokers, operations teams, and executive stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
Prioritise features and manage the product roadmap to ensure successful delivery of key milestones
Drive product decisions using customer insight, business priorities, and industry expertise

Competencies

Significant experience in Product Management, delivering complex digital products with engineering team
Deep understanding of premium or ultra-luxury real estate, including development, sales, leasing, branded residences, or resident operation
Proven experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlog
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Nice to Have

Experience withinPropTech, luxury hospitality, branded residences, or resident experience platforms
Knowledge of the UAE or GCC real estate market
Experience working with AI-enabled products or AI-first product development environment
