Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and delivery of Omniyat Digital & AI initiatives - two next-generation digital platforms designed to redefine the ultra-luxury real estate experience.
We're seeking someone who combines outstanding product management capabilities with deep domain expertise in luxury real estate, branded residences, hospitality, or resident experience.

Role
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across Omniyat Digital & AI initiatives
- Translate real-world business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, AI, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Represent the needs of residents, investors, brokers, operations teams, and executive stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Prioritise features and manage the product roadmap to ensure successful delivery of key milestones
- Drive product decisions using customer insight, business priorities, and industry expertise
Competencies
- Significant experience in Product Management, delivering complex digital products with engineering team
- Deep understanding of premium or ultra-luxury real estate, including development, sales, leasing, branded residences, or resident operation
- Proven experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlog
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Nice to Have
- Experience withinPropTech, luxury hospitality, branded residences, or resident experience platforms
- Knowledge of the UAE or GCC real estate market
- Experience working with AI-enabled products or AI-first product development environment
