Job Description / Responsibility

Candidates having GCC/Overseas Experience will get preference.
Team Leadership: Manage and distribute daily tasks to a team of duct men and helpers, providing guidance on duct installation, fabrication, and resolving technical issues on-site.
Duct Installation & Quality Compliance: Supervise the installation, assembly, and alignment of HVAC ductwork, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, SMACNA standards, and client quality requirements.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret HVAC layout drawings, duct shop drawings, and technical schematics to guide the team in the accurate installation and routing of duct systems.
Material Management: Monitor the availability and proper use of duct sections, fittings, insulation materials, hangers, supports, and installation tools, and request replenishments when required.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure all team members wear appropriate PPE and strictly follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures, especially when working at heights or using lifting equipment.
Coordination & Troubleshooting: Coordinate with HVAC engineers, supervisors, and other trades to resolve installation conflicts, ensure proper duct routing, and maintain project schedules.
Inspection & Testing Support: Inspect completed duct installations for alignment, airtightness, and proper support, and assist with testing, balancing, and commissioning activities before project handover.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
Skills Required: HVAC, HVAC Design and Estimation, HVAC Syetem, Troubleshooting of HVAC
