Greenland Group. is looking for Chargehand-Duct Insulator, (ELEGANCIA, Saudi Arabia)

Job Description / Responsibility

Candidates having GCC/Overseas Experience will get preference.
Team Leadership: Manage and distribute daily tasks to a team of duct insulators and helpers, providing guidance on insulation installation and resolving technical issues on-site.
Insulation Quality & Compliance: Supervise the installation of thermal and acoustic insulation for HVAC ductwork, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and quality standards.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret HVAC drawings, insulation layouts, and technical specifications to ensure the correct type, thickness, and application of insulation materials.
Material Management: Monitor the availability and proper use of insulation materials, aluminum cladding, vapor barriers, adhesives, fasteners, and installation tools, and request replenishments when necessary.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure all team members wear appropriate PPE and strictly follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures, especially when working at heights or handling insulation materials.
Coordination & Troubleshooting: Coordinate with duct installation teams, supervisors, and other trades to ensure insulation work is completed efficiently without affecting project schedules.
Inspection & Finishing: Inspect completed insulation work for proper thickness, secure fixing, vapor seal integrity, and neat finishing, ensuring it meets project specifications before final handover.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
Skills Required: HVAC, HVAC Design and Estimation, HVAC industry, HVAC Syetem, Troubleshooting of HVAC
