Greenland Group. is looking for Chargehand-Duct Insulator, (ELEGANCIA, Saudi Arabia)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Candidates having GCC/Overseas Experience will get preference.
- Team Leadership: Manage and distribute daily tasks to a team of duct insulators and helpers, providing guidance on insulation installation and resolving technical issues on-site.
- Insulation Quality & Compliance: Supervise the installation of thermal and acoustic insulation for HVAC ductwork, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and quality standards.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret HVAC drawings, insulation layouts, and technical specifications to ensure the correct type, thickness, and application of insulation materials.
- Material Management: Monitor the availability and proper use of insulation materials, aluminum cladding, vapor barriers, adhesives, fasteners, and installation tools, and request replenishments when necessary.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure all team members wear appropriate PPE and strictly follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures, especially when working at heights or handling insulation materials.
- Coordination & Troubleshooting: Coordinate with duct installation teams, supervisors, and other trades to ensure insulation work is completed efficiently without affecting project schedules.
- Inspection & Finishing: Inspect completed insulation work for proper thickness, secure fixing, vapor seal integrity, and neat finishing, ensuring it meets project specifications before final handover.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
- Skills Required: HVAC, HVAC Design and Estimation, HVAC industry, HVAC Syetem, Troubleshooting of HVAC
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)
