Job Description

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Greet all guest as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
To follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Diploma and Degree from preferably hospitality or related field.
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in five star luxury hotel.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language - Russian is mandatory.
Addtional foreign languages such; Russian, Turkish, Arabic preferred
Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
