Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Brand Specialist to lead and strengthen our brand's presence across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing branding strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and business goals.
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all online and offline channels.
Manage and oversee the execution of branding campaigns, marketing collateral, and corporate communication materials.
Review and approve creative assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, digital, and business teams to strengthen brand positioning.
Work closely with external agencies, designers, photographers, and production partners to deliver high-quality branding initiatives.
Monitor brand performance and market trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistent implementation across all departments.
Support product, campaign, and event launch by ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Manage branding timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
Track and report on brand performance using relevant KPIs and marketing insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Branding, Brand Management, or Corporate Marketing.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful branding strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of brand identity, positioning, storytelling, and customer experience.
Experience working with creative and digital teams, as well as external agencies.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing multiple branding initiatives simultaneously.
