You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

Building Steelcase brand awareness and market salience across Asia Pacific through strategic communications, thought leadership, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Creating compelling content including customer stories, case studies, executive communications, presentations, newsletters, videos, and thought leadership materials tailored to key audience segments.
Localizing global campaigns, research, and workplace insights to deliver relevant regional communications that support each stage of the customer journey.
Managing public relations activities, media engagement opportunities, and reputation-building initiatives that strengthen Steelcase's presence across key Asia Pacific markets.
Collaborating with sales, digital marketing, dealer, and market teams to execute integrated demand generation campaigns and customer engagement programs.
Supporting internal communications, leadership forums, and regional initiatives that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with Steelcase's strategic priorities.
Leading events, webinar, dealer engagement, and community-building activities while measuring performance and continuously optimizing communication effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in brand communications, marketing communications, corporate communications, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic communications or marketing initiatives aligned to business objectives.
Strong content development and writing capabilities with experience creating communications for multiple audiences and channels.
Ability to analyze campaign and communication performance data and use insights to improve outcomes.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluent written and spoken English

Desired Skills and Experience:

Completion of a Mini MBA in Marketing or Brand Management is highly regarded.
Deep understanding of brand positioning, brand distinctiveness, and balance long-term brand building with short-term demand generation.
Experience across public relations, media engagement, thought leadership, and digital marketing.
Experience supporting regional or multi-market communications programs across Asia Pacific.
Experience working with dealer networks, partner communities, or indirect sales channels.
Experience within the workplace, furniture, architecture & design, or other B2B industries.
Creative and innovative approach to brand building, communications, and audience engagement
