UK FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEWS – LATE OCTOBER

Members of our leadership team will be in the UK in late October to meet and interview shortlisted candidates in person.

Skills Description

Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
Have proven experience of teaching within the Primary phase
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Primary curriculum and effective age-appropriate pedagogy
Have a willingness to collaborate and share outstanding practice
Have a growth mindset and be reflective, resilient and solution-focused
Be creative and enthusiastic in their approach to teaching
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
Be committed to meeting the needs of all learners within an inclusive environment
Aspire to work in a world-class school with genuine opportunities for professional and career development
Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events
