One of our clients based in Dubai is looking for a Business Analyst / IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of IT projects across internal technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on PBX experience, including end-to-end technical consultancy, along with strong project coordination, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Key responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end PBX technical consultancy and support related project activities.
Coordinate IT project plans, timelines, tasks, milestones and deliverables across multiple teams.
Maintain project schedules and action trackers using project-management tools such as MS Project, Zoho or Smartsheet.
Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, risk/issue logs and executive-ready presentations.
Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates and follow-up actions through to closure.
Support project governance, including approvals, change control, risk management and issue escalation.
Coordinate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and leadership.
Support resource planning, onboarding, access requests, testing coordination, deployment planning and release activities.
Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices and vendor deliverables where required.
Support continuous improvement through updated templates, processes and lessons-learned documentation.

Requirements:

Mandatory hands-on PBX experience, with end-to-end technical consultancy exposure.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience coordinating IT projects within a corporate or enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid project-management methodologies.
Experience using project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana or Smartsheet.
Strong project documentation, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks and delays, and escalate issues appropriately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable traits:

Experience supporting infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud migration or application-development projects.
Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC and change-management practices.
Experience coordinating third-party vendors and service providers.
