About The Role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its brain, spine, neurotrauma and advanced neurosurgical services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Neurosurgeon to join its growing clinical team. Role Overview

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and manage cranial, spinal, neurovascular, neuro-oncology and neurotrauma cases according to expertise
Perform neurosurgical procedures with safe patient selection, consent and perioperative planning
Coordinate care with neurology, ICU, radiology, oncology, rehabilitation and emergency teams
Manage acute neurological deterioration, postoperative care, complications and long-term follow-up
Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, tumour boards and trauma pathways
Support surgical governance, infection control, audit and patient safety initiatives

Requirements

American Board of Neurological Surgery
UK CCT / FRCS Neurosurgery
European Board / national neurosurgery specialist certification
Royal College Certification (Canada)
Australian FRACS
Arab Board
MCh / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
