Role Objectives:

The Senior Technical TA plays a key role in managing the hiring process for tech and product roles (Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and IT), from sourcing and posting positions, conducting HR interviews, and coordinating technical rounds and assessments with hiring managers. They provide feedback to hiring managers, handle the offering phase, and initiate the onboarding process. Additionally, they close positions, build talent pipelines for technical roles, provide reports to managers, offer guidance to the coordinators & specialists in the TA team on technical hiring, and support in creating job descriptions for technical roles. This role ensures a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers across all technical functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Partnering with Engineering, Product, and Data hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define hiring needs.
Posting and sourcing for technical positions through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, tech communities, referrals, and job boards.
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and recurring tech roles.
Conducting HR interviews and assessing candidates technical background, motivation, and cultural fit.
Providing detailed feedback about candidates to hiring managers and vice versa.
Coordinating technical rounds, coding challenges, and technical assessments with interview panels.
Handling the offering phase and negotiating offers based on tech market benchmarks.
Initiating the onboarding process and supporting other related teams.
Closing positions efficiently.
Providing weekly and monthly reports to direct managers, including hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rate).
Offering full guidance to the TA team on technical hiring.
Supporting hiring managers in creating job descriptions for technical roles, if needed.
Promoting Breadfast's employer brand within the tech community.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in technical recruitment
Solid understanding of tech roles, stacks, and terminology (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, Data, QA)
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and GitHub
Hands-on experience with ATS
Excellent command of English
