• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings of residential and commercial properties.
• Develop interior and exterior visualizations, including staging and material selection.
• Produce still images, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for marketing and presentation purposes.
• Collaborate with product, AI, and marketing teams in a fully remote environment.
• Optimize 3D assets for integration into digital platforms and real-time applications.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with Unrealty's brand identity.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging visualization technologies.

• 3+ years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably within real estate or architecture.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or Maya.
• Strong experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine, or Lumion.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and CAD files.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and spatial design.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing photorealistic architectural visualizations.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills in a remote setting.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
