Job Description:

As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a key role in transforming architectural concepts and designs into immersive 3D renderings and animations. Utilizing your expertise in 3D modelling, rendering software, and attention to detail, you will create realistic visualizations that effectively communicate our vision to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design objectives.

- Create detailed 3D models of villa exteriors, interiors, and landscapes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

- Develop photorealistic renderings and animations that showcase architectural features, materials, lighting, and spatial layout.

- Incorporate feedback and revisions into 3D visualizations to refine and enhance the overall presentation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in architectural visualization techniques.

- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality renderings within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, or related field.

- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer.

- Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in creating photo-realistic 3D visuals.

- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts into 3D visualizations.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas convincingly.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your 3D visualization work, including examples of exterior and interior renderings.
