3D Visualizer FitOut Job Description
Position Overview
The 3D Visualizer (FitOut) is responsible for creating highquality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for interior fitout projects. This role works closely with designers, architects, and project teams to translate concepts and technical drawings into realistic visual outputs that support client presentations and project approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce highquality 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for interior fitout projects.
- Develop 3D models based on design briefs, sketches, CAD drawings, and material specifications.
- Work closely with the design and technical team to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and concept presentations for client meetings.
- Apply realistic lighting, textures, and materials to achieve photorealistic results.
- Update and revise 3D visuals based on client or management feedback.
- Maintain an organized library of materials, textures, and 3D assets.
- Ensure all visuals are delivered within project timelines and quality standards.
- Support the design team in developing space planning and concept development when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in the interior fitout industry.
- Strong proficiency in:
- 3ds Max
- VRay / Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Photoshop
- Lumion / Enscape (optional)
- Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, and rendering techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and convert them into accurate 3D visuals.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential and fitout projects.
- Knowledge of joinery details and interior materials.
- Familiarity with UAE fitout standards is an advantage.
