Position Purpose:
The Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renderings, visual presentations, and concept illustrations that bring EVA Interiors luxury residential and commercial projects to life. The role ensures design intent is accurately translated into photorealistic visuals, supporting client approvals, design development, and project execution.
Expected Outcome: Impactful and accurate visualizations that reflect EVA Interiors design philosophy, enhance client experience, and strengthen project presentations.
2. Key Accountabilities
a. 3D Visualization & Rendering
- Develop photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and still images for interior and exterior design projects.
- Translate design concepts, sketches, and CAD drawings into compelling visual presentations.
- Ensure visuals reflect correct materials, textures, finishes, and lighting.
b. Design Collaboration
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design intent.
- Provide design input on material selection, mood boards, and overall visual direction.
- Participate in design reviews, ensuring visuals align with project requirements.
c. Technical Detailing
- Create accurate 2D/3D models based on design drawings and technical documentation.
- Maintain organized libraries of materials, textures, and models for efficient workflow.
- Ensure rendering outputs are optimized for quality and efficiency.
d. Client Presentation Support
- Prepare presentation visuals for client meetings, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Adapt visual styles to meet client preferences while maintaining EVA Interiors luxury brand standards.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and client engagement.
3. Skills & Competencies
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent).
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of lighting, texturing, and material realism.
- Core Competencies:

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

4. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 25 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry.
- Portfolio of completed visualizations showcasing luxury residential or high-end projects.
- Knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and modern design trends (preferred).
