About the Role
The Residential Air-Conditioner Service Engineer will be responsible for solve technical issues related to the Air-Conditioners, overseeing technicians, ensuring job schedules are met, and addressing customer complaints effectively.
Responsibilities
- To ensure the technicians are carrying out the assigned jobs as per schedule.
- To clarify technical issues and assist the technicians in executing their jobs.
- To assist at solving all major problems (electrical and mechanical) during service.
- To handle all customer complaints at the site and solve those which are within his purview.
- To supervise the technicians and ensure there is discipline and no tensions while executing the job.
- To ensure timely transportation for the technicians back and forth.
- To ensure branch achievement of all quality objectives as set forth in the company and divisional quality plan and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in all customer dealings on both internal and external customer level.
- To provide efficient, courteous timely service to all customer requests and enquiries.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree of Engineering
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
