Role Overview
The Strategy Manager will support the CEO and leadership team in driving strategic growth initiatives across the fintech business, including product expansion, market entry, partnerships, and performance improvement initiatives. The role combines strategic analysis with hands-on execution, working closely with product, technology, finance, and operations teams.
This position is designed for a mid-to-senior level strategy professional who can independently own strategic projects while operating within a lean, fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Support strategic growth initiatives including new product launches, market entry assessments, and ecosystem partnerships
- Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments within fintech and digital financial services
- Evaluate new business models, revenue streams, and pricing strategies
Business Case Development & Financial Analysis
- Build financial models, unit economics, and ROI analyses for new initiatives
- Conduct feasibility studies and scenario planning to support leadership decisions
- Work closely with Finance to align strategic initiatives with budgets and forecasts
Product & Go-To-Market Strategy
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to assess product-market fit and roadmap prioritization
- Support GTM strategy development including customer segmentation, value propositions, and rollout plans
- Analyze customer and transaction data to identify growth and optimization opportunities
Performance Management & Reporting
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards tracking KPIs, growth metrics, and strategic initiatives
- Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights to senior leadership
- Support OKR and strategic planning processes
Strategic Initiatives & Execution
- Act as an internal strategy partner to business heads across functions
- Support the execution of approved strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives
- Conduct ad hoc strategic and operational analyses to address critical business questions

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or postgraduate business qualification preferred
- 710 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, fintech, financial services, or digital businesses
- Experience working in platform, payments, lending, or technology-led environments is highly desirable
- Exposure to multi-country or cross-functional projects preferred
