Role Description
This full-time on-site role is for an ABA Therapist located in Dubai. The ABA therapist will assess, develop and implement treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and support their families. The ABA therapist will manage and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs and work with children in individual and group settings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field
- Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- DHA Eligibility/License is required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an ABA therapist working with children diagnosed with ASD
- Knowledge of verbal behavior, pivotal response treatment, and other evidence-based practices
- Experience in assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a BCBA
- Experience in managing and supervising ABA intervention programs for clients diagnosed with ASD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to work with children in individual and group settings
