Need a AC Technician Maintenance & Service (AHU / FCU / DX Systems)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 35 years (minimum)
Job Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and service of AHU, FCU, and DX systems
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment
Replace faulty components such as motors, belts, filters, sensors, compressors, etc.
Clean and maintain coils, ducts, and ventilation systems
Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards
Prepare service reports and communicate findings to the supervisor
Attend emergency breakdown calls as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in AHU, FCU, DX system maintenance
Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, refrigeration cycle, and electrical troubleshooting
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Familiar with HVAC tools, manifold gauges, multimeters, leak detectors, etc.
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field
Valid driver's license (optional)
Preferred Attributes
Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC maintenance
