- Interviewing the teachers making demoes, and sending their feedback to HR to take suitable action.
- Giving the new teachers full training about the process at the academy and giving them a detailed pdf or paper with the academy rules and taking confirmation from the teachers about them.
- The misplaced students cause fatal problems and it s the academic Supervisor's responsibility. So, we need to focus on the placement test
- Making Orientations for the parents of the students in the new groups or transferring from ended to active groups till we make a fixed video for that
- Following up with the teachers through the class visits and their feedback. And making sure that the teacher applies HiQ's main strategy, which is EDUTAINMENT (educating the kids via entertainment).
- Making the class visits assigned on the system based on the administration s decision for each category.
- They need to check the student's interactions during the class visits.
