Account Assistant and Junior estimator

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Assistant and Junior Estimator, based in Sharjah, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Responsibilities include managing financial and accounting tasks such as credit control, petty cash handling, and assisting in financial reporting. The role also involves estimations for projects, preparing cost calculations, and supporting the finance and operations teams with accurate data. The successful candidate will interact with clients and internal team members, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations.

• Experience or knowledge in Credit Control and Petty Cash management
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting practices
• Strong Communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and basic computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
• Previous experience in the wood or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
