As Immensa expands its strategic enterprise account model across approximately 50 global target customers, we are strengthening our marketing team with an Account-Based Marketing capability designed to support deeper engagement with priority accounts.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Account-Based Marketing Specialist to support Immensa's marketing and commercial teams by developing targeted engagement initiatives for our strategic energy accounts.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will focus on executing Account-Based Marketing programmes that help build awareness, strengthen relationships, and generate momentum within priority customers.

Working closely with Strategic Account Directors, Solutions Consultants, and the broader commercial team, you will design highly targeted campaigns and content aimed at engaging multiple stakeholders within complex enterprise energy organisations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic B2B marketing, targeted campaign execution, and close collaboration with enterprise sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing Execution

Support the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing programmes targeting Immensa's strategic energy accounts

Develop tailored engagement plans for priority customers and key stakeholders

Align marketing initiatives with the account strategies of Strategic Account Directors

Targeted Campaign Development

Design and deliver personalised marketing initiatives aimed at specific companies and stakeholder groups

Develop messaging that resonates with engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership audiences within energy organisations

Support the creation of account-specific marketing materials and engagement campaigns

Stakeholder Engagement Support

Help increase awareness and engagement within strategic accounts

Identify opportunities to engage new stakeholders and expand Immensa's presence within target organisations

Support the commercial team with marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships and credibility

Content & Thought Leadership

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and subject matter experts to develop relevant content for priority accounts

Support creation of case studies, technical marketing materials, and industry insights

Ensure messaging reinforces Immensa's positioning as a leader in Digital Inventory and distributed manufacturing

Campaign Measurement & Insights

Track engagement across strategic accounts and measure campaign effectiveness

Provide insights to marketing and commercial teams on engagement trends and opportunities

Continuously optimise ABM programmes based on results and feedback

Ideal Background

36 years experience in B2B marketing, enterprise marketing, or Account-Based Marketing roles

Experience supporting sales teams targeting large enterprise customers

Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing strategies and tools

Experience working in Energy, Oil & Gas, or asset-intensive sectors is highly desirable

Professionals with experience in enterprise technology, deep tech, or complex B2B marketing environments are particularly well suited for this role.

Skills & Attributes

Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling marketing narratives

Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimise campaigns
