We are looking for a senior Account Director to lead and grow relationships with our key and high-value clients. This role focuses on strategic account leadership, revenue growth, and long-term partnership development.

You will own a portfolio of major accounts, directly managing selected client relationships while leading and guiding account teams responsible for day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Leadership

  • Act as the strategic owner of key client accounts and senior client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Protect and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

Account Growth & Revenue Expansion

  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and scope expansion.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Lead high-level commercial discussions and negotiations.

Client Representation & Industry Alignment

  • Represent Daw in senior-level client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and creative or production outputs, leveraging an understanding of creative, production, and advertising environments.
  • Bridge client expectations with internal teams at a strategic level.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and guide account teams.
  • Set strategic direction while empowering teams to manage daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management or client leadership within creative, advertising, or production environments.
  • Proven experience across at least two of the following industries:
  • Production, Creative, Advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and grow revenue.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
