Requirements:
Several years of progressive professional enterprise sales experience, with at least 5+ years in fintech, banking, or payments providers/enablers.
Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, serving as the single escalation point for the team's day-to-day operations and reporting to the executive team.
Deep understanding of payments and e-commerce, particularly for SMEs.
Strong ability to motivate both inbound and outbound sales teams with a range of experience and skillsets.
Experience working in a startup environment.
Managerial experience is a plus, although this role will initially be an individual contributor position.
