Position: Account Director Regional / Multi-Million Accounts
Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Account Director to manage and grow accounts with budgets exceeding $10M. This role requires someone confident in pitching across borders, negotiating multi-year deals, leading high-performing teams, and owning the full P&L while driving profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Full P&L ownership for assigned accounts, including forecasting, margin management, and profitability optimization.
Price proposals accurately, ensuring profitable project scopes and multi-year agreements.
Confidently pitch new business regionally and internationally, presenting compelling strategies to C-suite stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the Creative Lead and Senior Account Managers, ensuring workflow efficiency, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy, resourcing, and deliverables.
Monitor account performance, profitability, and forecast growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing 10M+ accounts with measurable success.
Comfortable structuring and negotiating multi-year deals.
Experience in regional / international client management and cross-border pitching.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and culture.
Hands-on experience owning P&L and pricing proposals.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
