Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, KSA, for an Account Director. The Account Director will oversee client relationships, ensuring client goals are met through successful campaign strategies and execution. This includes developing strategic plans, leading project implementation, managing internal teams, and handling multiple client accounts. The role will also involve identifying growth opportunities, generating revenue through new and existing clients, and maintaining a client-focused approach to deliver outstanding creative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Account Management and client relationship building
• Strong leadership abilities, including Team Management and Team Leadership
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and business development
• Proficiency in Project Management, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are achieved
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, KSA
• Prior experience in advertising, media, or marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
