Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Account Director located in Heliopolis. The Account Director will oversee client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, manage and lead account teams, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic sales and account management efforts. This role will also involve overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client goals, and fostering a high-performing team environment.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Account Management and Sales, with the ability to build strong client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and develop a high-performing team.
  • Project Management skills to ensure successful project planning, execution, and goal alignment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Experience in working within SaaS or technology-focused industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
