Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership (Government Focus)
- Lead relationships with government and semi-government clients, ensuring professionalism, compliance, and strategic alignment
- Act as the senior point of contact, confidently handling high-level stakeholders
- Navigate complex approval processes with agility and attention to detail
Hands-On Social Media Leadership
- Stay deeply involved in social media strategy, content direction, and execution
- Guide teams on platform best practices, trends, and culturally relevant content
- Jump in when needed—whether it's refining captions, reviewing content, or shaping campaigns
Strategic Thinking & Execution
- Develop strong, insight-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals
- Turn strategies into clear action plans and ensure fast, efficient rollout

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in digital/social media agencies
- Strong hands-on experience managing social media accounts (not just oversight)
- Proven experience working with government or public sector clients
- Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to execute quickly
- Strong understanding of regional culture and social trends (UAE experience preferred)
- A natural team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Confident communicator and presenter
