We are growing our commercial team and looking for an Account Executive to drive partnerships with schools.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for introducing Educatly's Journey to Purpose platform to schools, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding institutional needs, demonstrating product value, and building long-term partnerships that improve student outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect discovery demo proposal close
- Engage school leaders, principals, and career counselors.
- Position Educatly as a student guidance and decision-support solution
- Deliver product demos and value-driven presentations
- Build pipeline through outbound and relationship development
- Maintain CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
- Develop long-term institutional partnerships
Who You Are
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales (EdTech or SaaS is a plus)
- Comfortable selling consultatively to decision-makers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized pipeline management and follow-through
- Curious about education, career development, and student success
- Self-driven and comfortable in a growth-stage environment
