As a Senior Account Executive specializing in banking and financial services enterprise sales, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle with the regions largest banks, fintechs, insurance companies, and financial regulators. You will help institutions reimagine customer service, collections, onboarding, KYC, sales, and recruitment using Autonomous AI Teammatesbuilt to be secure, compliant, and enterprise-grade.
Requirements
- Established rolodex across GCC banks, financial institutions, and/or insurance groups.
- Understanding of regulatory constraints, IT security reviews, vendor onboarding, and procurement cycles in BFSI.
- Daily use of AI tools for prospecting, research, outreach, and reporting.
- Comfortable selling transformation-level AI or enterprise SaaS into regulated environments.
- 48 years of proven success selling enterprise softwareideally AI, automation, contact center, or workflow technologiesinto BFSI.
- Exceptional at influencing executives, navigating risk and compliance concerns, and driving consensus across legal, IT, cybersecurity, procurement, and business units.
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English (both required).
- Deep familiarity with GCC business customs and relationship-driven sales dynamics in financial institutions.
- Comfortable traveling across GCC and MENA markets for client engagements, workshops, and live deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution design, negotiation, closing, expansion.
- Sell into C-suite and banking leadership teams including CEO, CIO, COO, CDO, CHRO, Head of Retail Banking, Head of Contact Centre, Head of Risk, Head of Collections, and Transformation Directors.
- Position Teammates.ai as the AI autonomy layer for secure, compliant, and scalable banking operations.
- Lead demos, workshops, and ROI sessions focused on BFSI workflows such as customer service, digital onboarding, KYC, collections, complaints handling, recruitment, and internal HR workflows.
- Clearly articulate financial impact: reduced cost-to-serve, shorter cycle times, higher NPS, improved SLA adherence.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across Tier-1/2 banks, Islamic banks, insurers, fintechs, wealth managers, and FX/payment operators.
- Leverage deep relationships and AI-driven prospecting to reach senior decision-makers.
- Work with Marketing on BFSI-specific campaigns and with SPEs on technical scope (security, integration, compliance).
- Drive adoption across GCC BFSI ecosystems with cultural and regulatory fluency.
- Bring insights on risk appetite, innovation budgets, audit requirements, and procurement dynamics in financial institutions.
- Influence GTM playbooks, compliance frameworks, and product development through market feedback.
- Partner with SPEs to ensure secure integration with systems like core banking, CRM platforms, contact center suites, KYC/AML systems, ticketing and case management.
- Collaborate with Customer Growth Partners to guarantee adoption, compliance alignment, renewals, and multi-department expansion.
