Job Description
About Keka
Keka is a SaaS HRMS platform, helping companies manage the entire employee lifecycle efficiently– hiring, onboarding, time & attendance, payroll, performance, and learning in one integrated system.
We have been in the market for 10+ years and currently serve around ten thousand clients in India, US and GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the MEA/GCC region
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → demo → negotiation → closure
- Conduct product demonstrations for HRMS solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Product, and Customer Success)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / HRMS / software sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in outbound/inbound sales and lead conversion
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Exposure to GCC markets ( mandatory)
