About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic Marcoms team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key supporting role in managing client accounts, coordinating day-to-day project activities, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standards. You'll be the link between the clients of our in-house agency and our internal teams, learning the ropes of client servicing while contributing fresh ideas and reliable execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Servicing

  • Act as a daily point of contact for assigned clients, supporting the Account Manager in maintaining strong relationships.
  • Take clear client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team.
  • Prepare agendas, status reports, and follow-ups to ensure smooth client communication.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in managing campaign timelines, ensuring deliverables are met across creative, digital, PR, and production teams.
  • Track project progress, flagging potential delays or issues early to the Account Manager.
  • Handle day-to-day coordination of approvals, revisions, and asset sharing with clients.

Execution & Delivery

  • Support the creation and execution of marketing and communications campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, and events.
  • Conduct basic research to inform campaign strategies and content development.
  • Proofread client-facing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain account files, documentation, and project trackers.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance summaries for clients.
  • Ensure all client billing, purchase orders, and invoicing processes are supported.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal creative, design, media, and PR teams to ensure projects are delivered as planned.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers or vendors when required (e.g., event partners, production houses).
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • 12 years of experience in a marketing, PR, or Marcomms agency environment (internships included).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or marketing software is a plus.

If you're excited about this role & think you are the right fit, we'd love to hear from you!
