Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: RIKAS Hospitality Group

Reports To: Finance Manager /Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the finance department in maintaining strong financial controls across RIKAS Group's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Support senior finance team members in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting projects.
  • Ensure timely filing of VAT/GST and other statutory compliance requirements (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting queries.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 24 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury retail.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sun Accounting System, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-department environment.
