About the Role
Web3PaymentSolutions.io is a leading provider of non-custodial payment infrastructure designed specifically for the next generation of Web3 projects, DeFi protocols, and token presales.
We are seeking a high-performance Account Executive based in Dubai to join our outbound sales team. This is a Hunter role designed for individuals who understand the Web3 ecosystem and have the grit to close high-ticket service agreements.
The Offering
This is a Commission-Only position. We do not offer a base salary, but we provide a market-leading payout structure on one of the most in-demand services in crypto:
- Hybrid Flexibility: 3 days in-office (Dubai), 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Hunting: Identify and engage with founders, CMOs, and BD Leads of upcoming Web3 projects and presales.
- Pipeline Management: Ownership of the full sales cycle from initial DM/Email to contract signing.
- Consultative Selling: Educate projects on the benefits of non-custodial fiat-on-ramping and our unique subdomain integration model.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of outreach and follow-ups within our internal tracking systems.
- Sourcing: Maintain a 50/50 split between company-provided lead sheets and self-sourced alpha (Dextools, X, Telegram, etc).
Requirements
- Location: Ideally based in Dubai, UAE and able to work from the office 3 days per week. If not based in Dubai, still apply. We can assess accordingly.
- Web3 Fluency: You must know the difference between L1s and L2s, understand how a presale works, and be comfortable navigating Telegram and Discord.
- Sales Experience: 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or Web3.
- The Hunter Mindset: You are comfortable with cold outreach and are not deterred by the fast-paced, high-rejection nature of outbound sales.
- Professionalism: Ability to represent a premium brand to high-net-worth founders.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication
- Knowledge of Blockchain Technology, Cryptocurrency, and Fintech Trends
- Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and prepare proposals
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in financial services, payments, or technology industries is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
