The program is designed to develop early-career talent into future commercial professionals within the London Stock Exchange Group.
Participants will gain hands-on exposure to financial markets, client relationship management, and LSEG's data and analytics solutions while supporting Account Managers and Sales Specialists across the EMEA region.
Graduates will participate in a structured onboarding and development program designed to build commercial acumen, product knowledge, and client engagement skills. Initially, the role will focus on supporting account teams with research, opportunity management, client preparation, and internal coordination.
Over time, graduates will progressively take on more responsibility within the portfolio as they build the knowledge and capabilities required to manage client relationships independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in managing institutional client portfolios across EMEA
- Assist with client research, account planning, and preparation for client meetings
- Support opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting activities
- Participate in client calls, demonstrations, and internal product training sessions
- Develop knowledge of LSEG's data, analytics, and workflow solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales Specialists, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Assist in identifying opportunities to expand client engagement and commercial growth
- Participate in the structured graduate training and mentoring program
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in financial markets and financial data solutions
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English and Arabic are required; additional languages are an advantage (French , German and Spanish and Italian )

- Understanding of financial markets or investment management
- Exposure to financial data platforms or analytics tools
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a client-facing commercial environment
