Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with strong digital expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee digital campaigns, ensure high-quality service delivery, and identify opportunities to grow accounts. This role requires excellent communication, project management, and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

Understand client needs and goals to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, marketing) to execute client projects efficiently.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs.

Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients.

Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts.

Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

Digital Responsibilities

Manage digital accounts and oversee execution of social media and online advertising campaigns.

Analyze digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.

Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.

Review digital content (social media posts, digital assets) to align with client strategy.

Track digital KPIs and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Coordinate with design and content teams to produce effective and engaging digital materials.

Monitor digital marketing trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

24 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Digital marketing skills including social media management, online campaigns, and analytics.

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.

SEO/SEM knowledge is a plus.

Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
