Job Summary:
Adecco is looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing sales and account management activities for the Abu Dhabi branch. This role combines client relationship management with business development responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi market.
Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and pipeline updates for senior management.
Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalate when necessary.
Represent the company in client meetings, events, and presentations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales (preferably in staffing or professional services).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and business environment is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
