Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to manage and grow advertising partnerships with Chinese brands and sellers who are looking to expand their business on the noon platform.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to advertisers, helping them maximize their visibility and performance through noon's advertising solutions. You will work closely with internal teams across sales, product, and category management to develop tailored advertising strategies that support client growth while driving revenue for the business.
This role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of digital advertising and cross-border e-commerce. As the role focuses on Chinese brands and partners, fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is a must to effectively manage relationships and communicate across regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with Chinese brands, sellers, and agencies advertising on the noon platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for advertising partners, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
- Support advertisers in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across noon's advertising solutions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve results and maximize return on investment.
- Identify opportunities to grow advertising spend and expand partnerships with existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, category management, marketing, and sales to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, e-commerce developments, and competitor activity within the China-to-Middle East market.
- Support the onboarding of new Chinese advertisers, helping them understand noon's ecosystem and advertising capabilities.
- Contribute to the overall growth of noon Ads by identifying new opportunities within the Chinese seller ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, digital advertising, media sales, or e-commerce partnerships.
- Experience working with Chinese brands, sellers, or agencies, ideally within cross-border e-commerce or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, sponsored ads, or marketplace advertising platforms.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.
