The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the agency's services and support the marketing needs of our clients. This includes overseeing all aspects of the agency's marketing efforts, from traditional advertising to digital marketing and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive new business for the agency
- Manage the full marketing mix, including advertising (TV, radio, print, outdoor), content marketing, social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and more
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-impact marketing collateral, campaigns, and assets
- Oversee the agency's website and digital presence, ensuring it effectively showcases the agency's capabilities and attracts potential clients
- Analyze marketing performance data and campaign metrics to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of funds
- Serve as the agency's marketing expert, providing counsel and support to clients on their own marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for the agency and its clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably at a full-service marketing agency
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Expertise in a wide range of marketing disciplines, including advertising, content marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and more
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technology platforms
- Adaptable and innovative, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong project management and budget management skills
- Fluent in English Language
