Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Nasr City. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing account operations, handling client inquiries, preparing relevant reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives. Additionally, the Account Manager will contribute to developing strategies to grow business accounts and drive overall organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members
- Account management and client relationship skills, including understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Organizational and multitasking skills, including time management and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify areas for improvement and enhance client satisfaction
- Proficiency in business development, negotiation, and presentation
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
