Raya Trade; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring an Account Manager (B2B).
What will you do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of SMB customers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SMB segment.
- Develop account plans and strategies to expand business within existing accounts.
Sales Execution:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients using solid value-based arguments.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
Customer Success & Retention:
- Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Address customer challenges promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Market & Competitor Awareness:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to align offerings with SMB customer needs.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and pipeline development.
