- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations

- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BPO account management role
- Strong understanding of BPO industry and trends
