The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO and a proven track record of managing client accounts and driving business growth. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and meet client expectations
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the scope of services provided
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates on account performance to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings and provide innovative solutions to clients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BPO account management role
  • Strong understanding of BPO industry and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving business growth
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
