We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager - Chauffeur Drive Services to join our Aviation Services team in Dubai.
Scope: Responsible for a fully managed Chauffeur Drive limousine service. Revenue delivery, gross contribution, account management, enhancing and optimizing operational excellence across the assigned customer account portfolio. Project managing client mobilizations, day-to-day delivery of operations, contribute to the growth of account portfolio as well as manage a team of individuals. There will also be involvement in new business tenders received from aviation clients.
Support the Senior Manager in the management, development, implementation, communication, and delivery of all areas of responsibilities relating to Transport, Aviation & Logistics across the group.
Financial
- Develop the business growth of the account portfolio, through new business and organic growth
- Implicitly understand the commercial aspects of the Chauffeur Drive contract and monitor the management of the service to ensure delivery within the boundaries of the contracts and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and achieving the operational SLA and commercial KPIs
- Ensure customer account portfolio deliveries to budgeted targets, revenue, and gross contributions, contributing to the department P&L, accurate reporting for forecasting and revenue is maximized
- Working closely with the legal and commercial teams, be able to provide clear directions on actions throughout the term of contract relating to any breach and any actions required to remedy
- Responsible for management monthly report with operational data to support the review of the financial performance of the contract scorecard
Customer
- Proactively manage the relationship with the client in line with the RACI matrix
- Manage key contacts and relationships within your account portfolio, ensure the account is fully managed and relationships are developed at every level.
- Provide ideas on growth initiatives to maximize the potential opportunities with new clients and contacts
- Ensure all commercials are within the bounds of the contracts and billing accurately reflects all terms and conditions.
- Effective debtor management across the Account Portfolio.
- Respond to queries efficiently within a timely manner.
Process
- Analyses trends and metrics to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current inefficiencies and create improved processes.
- Measuring, validating, and testing of the effectiveness of metrics that are applied by the business to assess and drive productivity optimization.
- Developing programs and methods that aid in the achievement of measurable improvements in metric results, and which avail actionable management solutions and strategies.
- Responsible for Management Reporting, the collation of reports for MPR and Control Rooms.
- Operational Excellence: Drive a lean culture within the team, focused on operational excellence and business performance.
- Ensure direct reports are focused on value added activity, working towards achieving the goals on balanced score cards.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate and develop the team members reporting directly to you and influence the positive behaviour of the wider team.
Innovation
- Understand the bid / quote request documents to become familiar and well versed with the requirements & scope of work. Develop a plan of action around the deadlines to ensure that solutions are completed on time and in line with RFP requirements providing the business maximum chances of winning the project.
- Reviewing the asset list and drawings to understand the magnitude of the scope of work along with the scope falling under the specialist service providers.
- Prepare a complete solution strategy/ process including complete lifecycle starting from receiving tenders to successful closeout.
- Working with key members of the other business units and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the proposals.
- Leading the solutions team to ensure they gather right information including site visit required to develop a site-specific solution with special attention to technology and providing efficient solutions to the client. Generate site visit reports which detail the findings during the visit and enumerate any request for information to be submitted to the client.
- Identify and research trends in the Transport sector.
- Integrate emerging technologies and automation tools enabling delivery of best practice in transportation operating models.
Selection Criteria
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
- Educational Qualifications: University degree is required.
