Role Description

We are looking for a high-performing Consulting Manager to join our Strategy Consulting team. This role suits someone who combines strong strategy consulting skills with practical transformation delivery capability.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements across strategy, transformation, operating model design, performance improvement, and capability building. Comfort with adjacent topics such as digital, technology, governance, risk, and cybersecurity is also important.

What you will do

•  Lead strategy and transformation engagements from kickoff through final delivery, with ownership of workplans, timelines, risks, deliverables, and quality.

•  Act as the day-to-day client lead and build strong trusted-advisor relationships across leadership and working teams.

•  Develop strategic recommendations, operating models, transformation roadmaps, governance structures, performance frameworks, and implementation plans.

•  Conduct assessments, benchmarking, market analysis, maturity reviews, and business case development to support executive decision-making.

•  Facilitate interviews, workshops, alignment sessions, and steering discussions to gather input, validate findings, and drive decisions.

•  Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners where needed.

•  Support business development through proposals, presentations, pitch materials, scope shaping, and solution development.

•  Coach junior team members and contribute to reusable delivery methods, toolkits, and internal knowledge assets.

What we are looking for

•  7 to 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation, or a closely related advisory environment.

•  Proven experience leading consulting engagements independently and managing senior client stakeholders with confidence.

•  Strong experience in corporate strategy, functional strategy, operating model design, transformation planning, governance, performance management, and structured problem solving.

•  Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, practical, executive-level recommendations and client-ready deliverables.

•  Strong project management, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.

•  Commercial awareness, professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong sense of ownership.

•  Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, technology, finance, public policy, or a related field. MBA or master's degree is an advantage.

Experience that will help you stand out

•  Experience in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia, ideally with exposure to government, semi-government, regulated sectors, or large enterprise clients.

•  Exposure to digital transformation, technology strategy, cybersecurity, data and AI, organizational design, PMO, or human capital transformation.

•  Experience designing service portfolios, service models, governance structures, KPI frameworks, or capability development programs.

•  Familiarity with regional and international standards or regulatory environments relevant to strategy, governance, risk, technology, data, privacy, or organizational transformation.
