Role Description

This is a temporary hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, identify client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business success. Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, overseeing projects, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic initiatives and service excellence. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure project alignment will also be a primary focus.

  • Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Communication skills
  • Project Coordination and Performance Tracking skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Adaptability to work in a hybrid role, including in an office setting and remotely
  • Experience in a client-focused or consulting role is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
